RORY SCALF
LIEUTENANT / PATROL
Lieutenant Scalf is a watch commander and responsible for District 2.
Lieutenant Rory Scalf began his law enforcement career with the Baldwin Park Police Department in 2000. He worked patrol and general investigations and was a Field Training Officer.
Lieutenant Scalf joined the Rialto Police Department in January 2007 and worked in various assignments such as patrol, investigations, Task Force Officer for the Drug Enforcement Administration, and Professional Standards.
Lieutenant Scalf held the rank of Sergeant from 2016 to 2021. As a Sergeant, he supervised patrol, narcotics, and professional standards. Lieutenant Scalf is currently assigned to patrol as a Watch Commander.
