Lieutenant Lamont Quarker began his law enforcement career in 2003 with the Rialto Police Department. During his career, he has worked various assignments, including Patrol, Field Training Officer, Narcotics Officer, SWAT Officer, Detective as a Robbery/Homicide investigator, and Patrol Sergeant. Lieutenant Quarker served as the 2018 President of the Inland Robbery-Homicide Investigators Association.
Lieutenant Quarker is the recipient of several awards, including Officer of the Year. Lieutenant Quarker holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Management from Union Institute & University. Lieutenant Quarker is currently a Watch Commander and is responsible for District 4.
