HOW CAN I GET MY PROPERTY BACK?

You can retrieve your property being held at the Rialto Police Department during the following times:

  • Tuesday 1:30 pm to 3 pm
  • Wednesday 1:30 pm to 3 pm
  • Thursday 1:30 pm to 3 pm

Please bring a photo ID and your case number.

DO YOU OFFER FINGERPRINTING SERVICES?

We offer ink fingerprinting services at our station. Please bring a valid ID and there is a fee of $18.70 (cash only).

We do not offer Live-Scan fingerprint services for the public.

  • Monday 8 am to 5 pm

HOW DO I VISIT SOMEONE IN JAIL?

All arrestees are transported to the San Bernardino Sheriff’s Department West Valley Jail Facility. Please call (909) 350-2476 for visitation and jail information.

HOW DO I GET MY VEHICLE OUT OF IMPOUND?

The registered owner may retrieve his or her vehicle from impound by coming to our station during the following hours:

  • Monday 8 am to 5 pm
  • Tuesday 8 am to 5 pm
  • Wednesday 8 am to 5 pm
  • Thursday 8 am to 5 pm
  • Friday 8 am to 5 pm

Please make sure you have the following:

  • The registered owner must bring a valid ID
  • If the registered owner does not have a valid drivers license, someone with a valid drivers license must be present
  • Registration must be current. If not current, a one-day moving permit may be obtained through the California DMV.
  • Insurance must be current
  • There is a $199.70 cash only fee

If your vehicle is under a “30-day hold,” you will need to come to the police station during the following times:

  • Tuesday 1 pm to 3 pm, or
  • Thursday 1 pm to 3 pm
NARCOTICS, ARSON, AND SEX REGISTRATION INFO

If you have been ordered by a court to register as a narcotics, arson, or sex offender, you will need to call the records bureau at (909) 820-2578 to schedule an appointment.

HOW DO I GET A COPY OF A POLICE REPORT?

Copies of crime reports may be ordered in person at the police department. There are varying fees for reports.

Please allow up to 10 days to process your report.

HOW DO I GET A COPY OF A TRAFFIC ACCIDENT REPORT?

Copies of traffic accident reports may be ordered in person at the police department, or online (click the button below). There are varying fees for reports.

HOW DO I GET A TICKET SIGNED OFF?

Traffic citations may be signed-off, at our police station. Please note the following:

  • If you are a resident of Rialto and were issued a traffic citation by the Rialto Police Department, there is no charge for having a traffic citation signed-off. If your citation is from a different law enforcement agency, there is a fee of $24.90 (cash only).
  • If you are not a resident of Rialto, there is a fee of $37.40 (cash only).

  • Wednesday 8 am to 5 pm
  • Thursday 8 am to 5 pm
