The Rialto Police Department is pleased to announce 13-year-old Elijah “Lucky” Bajza, who was reported missing on Saturday, Nov. 13th , has been located. At 12:27 PM on Thursday, Nov. 18th , after several days of around-the-clock investigation by our detective bureau, we were contacted by the San Bernardino Police Department who confirmed they had located Bajza. San Bernardino Police Department dispatch had received a call from a concerned citizen regarding a juvenile with no adult supervision. When officers responded they positively identified Bajza from social media posts, and immediately contacted Rialto Police Department dispatch. Our department would like to extend our gratitude for the outpouring of concern from the Rialto community as well as allied law enforcement agencies and communities who helped us bring Elijah home safe.
Rialto PD Holding DUI/Driver’s License Checkpoint
Rialto Police Department will hold a DUI Driver’s License Checkpoint in the south-east portion of the city, on December 15, 2023, from 6:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.
