LAMONT QUARKER
LIEUTENANT / ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES
Lieutenant Lamont Quarker began his law enforcement career in 2003 with the Rialto Police Department. During his career, he has worked various assignments, including Patrol, Field Training Officer, Narcotics, SWAT, Detective as a Robbery/Homicide investigator, Patrol Sergeant, and Patrol Lieutenant, where he served as a Watch Commander. Lieutenant Quarker served as the 2018 President of the Inland Robbery-Homicide Investigators Association.
Lieutenant Quarker has received several awards, including Officer of the Year. He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Management from Union Institute & University and an Executive Leadership Certificate from The Safe Communities Institute (SCI) at the University of Southern California, Sol Price School of Public Policy. Lieutenant Quarker currently serves as the Department’s Administrative Lieutenant.
