Victim: Valerie Francine Tovar Felix, 44 YOA, Rialto Resident
Suspect: Lovell Henderson, 61 YOA, Rialto Resident
Information:
On Saturday, February 28, 2026, at approximately 9:37 p.m., the Rialto Police Department Communications Center received a 9-1-1 call regarding two deceased subjects located inside a residence in the 600 Block of N. Pine Ave. Both subjects appeared to have sustained gunshot wounds in what appeared to be a murder/suicide. Family members reportedly spoke to Felix on February 27, 2026, but were not able to get ahold of her since and checked on her welfare. Family members of Felix were able to enter the residence through an unlocked open window where they located both Felix and Henderson lifeless. Detectives have determined Victim Felix and the suspect, Henderson, were in a relationship and known to each other.
