Lieutenant Dwuan Rice has been a dedicated member of the Rialto Police Department since 2012. Throughout his career, he has served the community in various capacities, including as the Community Liaison, Inland Valley SWAT Team Leader, and Patrol Supervisor. Lieutenant Rice earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from California State University, Bakersfield. He currently serves as the Area 2 Commander, continuing to lead with a commitment to public safety and community engagement.
